  talk your way down" rule — plus Section 2 (opening a work order, the four fields in
  one breath). Triage, closing notes, contractor rules, paper-to-spreadsheet and
  after-hours are cut: that is where the full file earns its keep.
- `maintenance-sop-SAMPLE.md` — from `sop/maintenance-SOPs.md`: SOP-1, the weekly
  20-minute walkthrough, complete with the fixed route and the look-up/listen/smell
  order. SOP-2 contractor sign-in, SOP-3 spare-parts min/max and SOP-4 after-hours
  escalation are listed at the end so you know what the full file adds.
